With over 100+ episodes, 50+ interviews and many more solo pods I can say this has been a ride! A good ride so far and I cant wait to see what else unfolds on this podcasting journey. The early days of my career I would be working weekends and many Sundays. In my first job Sundays would be for hosting doctor patient camps all over town. Life has come a long way now.

Spent the past weekend in Kashmir @ladieswlead ret Spent the past weekend in Kashmir @ladieswlead retreat for founders and leaders. While we packed in a lot of the sights and experiences, panel discussions and talks into 48 hours we also managed to connect in a deeper more meaningful way during this time with each other. In the two days, we got to see the quite a bit of Srinagar. We got to listen to some really insightful conversations. , understand the work being done by the people to support the artists and artisans as well as the local community. I personally took away new perspectives into the politics of Kashmir, learnt so much about the people of Kashmir and overall I had the best time ever just visiting a new place. This was my first time in Kashmir, so I loved every minute of it. Thank you to the team @LWL and @aabhabakaya for putting together such a wonderfully well curated itinerary and retreat. So many amazing memories from this trip but watching the sunset while on a Shikara ride on the Dal Lake was really special.

I try to go to events atleast once if not more a month. Over time I’ve come to enjoy it and meeting new people. Often I may go for the experience or for a topic that interests me. But the pay off is always in being able to make a meaningful connection, have an insightful conversation and get to know the people behind the brands. Style Note - Last night I wore my favorite item a black blazer paired with blue jeans, strappy gold heels and gold accessories.
